COMFORTABLE family-friendly FINANCIAL PLANNING
Hi Everyone Out There,
Benjamin is a very dedicated and experienced agent who does his job really well and always does not mind going the extra mile to make sure our policies and well-being are well taken care off.
He is very meticulous when planning for our family’s policies and will always keep us updated frequently along the way. He ensures that we are well insured and is in good hands.
Benjamin is not pushy in sales, and will only recommend whatever that caters best for our family and children’s needs which makes us very comfortable throughout this financial planning journey with him. To add on, Benjamin is also very knowledgeable and familiar with his products which is a huge bonus for us as it makes me and my wife feel extra assured with his recommendations.
His responsiveness and dedication to his job makes us have zero doubts that he will always be just a phone call away if we need any further assistance too. Hence, we are really grateful to have him as our existing agent and will not hesitate to look for him again if we need to purchase more policies in the near future.

Yunhe (Pilot)
Helpful, PAtient & responsible claims experience
Hi Everyone Out There,
I can only summarise Benjamin in 3 words: Helpful, patient & responsible.
Helpful: Despite not being the agent that sold us the plan (he took over the policies as our previous agent was not doing a good job), and having to take over with many backlogs, Benjamin went the extra mile to ensure all our pending claims and doubts are addressed. He's been a great help even outside of financial planning; I was having trouble figuring out how to pay my electricity bills online as well as requiring to clarify certain medical check-ups SMS, Benjamin was there to guide me step by step even though it is not within the scope of a financial advisor.
Patient: Benjamin went on to explain and update me on my existing portfolio. He was very professional and gave me a very detailed yet neutral updates. I had many questions especially when it has been sometime since I was updated on my portfolio. This is especially true in terms of a policy that I've gotten recently that does not seem to fit my objective. Benjamin patiently explained to me the advantage & disadvantage of the policy. I am very thankful for his timely advise as I've gotten this policy under the wrong impression and Benjamin was able to guide me through it and break down information to easily understandable pieces.
Responsible: After having to experience a very bad encounter with my previous advisor (not picking up calls, not submitting claims for me). I made it a point that the next financial advisor I get must uphold a high sense of responsibility as I do not want the same situation to repeat itself. Though I did not voice this requirement out, Benjamin has been very proactive, responsive and even despite there being hiccups in the claims process (AIA require a more detailed breakdown on my bill), he never failed to update us or return our call when required. I am very assured with him taking over mine & my family's entire portfolio.
Thank you for servicing me!

Chiang Teck Fung (Retiree)
Family & Retirement Planning
Hi Everyone Out There,
My wife & I initially engaged Ben’s service to help our youngest to be covered for a Personal Accident Plan. Despite being new in this line of work, his enthusiasm and pro-activeness propels him to look for answers whenever he faces an obstacle. One example that illustrates the point above would be during the explanation of recommendations, not only did Ben explained in detail what the Personal Accident policy entails and covers, he went above and beyond to resolve our long-term concern on an existing plan that we gotten for our two kids about 20 years ago (we just casually asked!). Honestly, we did not have any expectations that our questions will be answered as we had a few agents over the years to help investigate it; none was able to provide a satisfactory answer to our question.
On the other hand, Ben was able to provide us with a clear picture of what transpired during the policy phase and how it became its present stage. He was very forthcoming of his opinions and honest with his advice. From that experience, we felt assured and allowed Ben to help with our kids Protection Planning as well as our own Retirement Planning. Despite being new in this industry,
I would strongly urge you to hear Ben out and I can reassure you that the way he plans and structures his recommendations will be for you & your family’s best interest!

William (Engineer) & Jane (Engineer)

Hi Everyone Out There,
Financial planning with Ben has always been a fun and interactive talk. He has put into various concerns and plans that you have voiced out into considerations of your current financial status and advise you accordingly. He will not make the session into a situation whereby he hardsell you additional policies.
I would recommend him to be a friend that you can speak about your concerns and he would recommend policies that would help you resolve those concerns.

Comfortable and assured financial planning
Hi Everyone Out There,
When I first got to know that Ben had joined AIA, I wanted him to take over my existing policies that my parents had bought for me since he was someone I’ve knew and his brother was a long standing member in the insurance industry in any case that Ben decides to leave the industry, I will still have someone to look after my policies.
As soon as Ben took over my policies, I was impressed with his professionalism and the depth of knowledge that he had over his products. He studied my financial situation carefully and made recommendations that were well within my capabilities with great coverage and there was no hard selling involved. In addition, his proactiveness to check in monthly created the personal touch that he has for his customers which is commendable as well.

CLEAR & ASSURED FINANCIAL PLANNING
Hi Everyone Out There,
I initially got to know Benjamin through a mutual friend. I found him very nice and approachable through our interactions. Fast forward a few months, I reached out to Ben to share more with me on AIA hospitalisation policy as I was planning to get a hospital plan in Singapore and was looking at the various provider.
After comparison with another agent, I have decided to engage Ben’s service as his sharing was very clear and ensured I know what coverage I am getting. Ben went the extra mile to help explain my Malaysia's policies that I bought without knowing what I gotten then. His clear explanation as well as patience in ensuring I understood the policies provided me with the confidence and assurance I needed.
I definitely recommend you to meet Ben and give him an opportunity to hear him out. It might be more beneficial than you think!
Thanks for the best support Ben, to many more good conversations ahead!

Genuineness Financial Planning
Hi Everyone Out There,
Previously, I usually just researched and picked one insurance I thought was most reasonable. I don't trust people for financial planning.
Ben's appearance broke this darkness and brought light. He is patient and responsible. We had about three sessions to talk about my insurance plans. I was new in Singapore, and he resolved every concern and question I had and walked me through the plans for me in great detail.
Instead of rushing into any recommendations, he spent time to understand my needs and my current situation. It is easy to make a recommendation based on experience, but it is precious for an agent to research and come up with the most suitable one for the client.
He is friendly and nice. He created a safe and comfortable environment for us to discuss. I liked some small chats with him, and I could sense that he also cared about my mental health by recommending the trails in Singapore as a friend.
If you would like a person who helps you with financial planning, my suggestion? BEN.

INFORMATIVE CONVERSATIONAL FINANCIAL PLANNING
Hi Everyone Out There,
It’s easy to engage the services of an Insurance Agent, but in my experience, a responsible agent is hard to come by.
Benjamin is a god-sent after my previous agent went MIA. He is meticulous and paid close attention to my financial needs. There is no hard selling and I particularly appreciate the clear way in which he communicates policy details.
Every discussion we’ve had was stress free. Every conversation feels like an informative conversation with an old friend. If you’re looking for financial planning advice, look no further.

I would highly recommend Ben as your financial advisor should you be looking for one!
To Ben, keep up the good work buddy (son)!

The 'What' & 'Whys' of Financial Planning
Hi Everyone Out There,
Benji came to me with a refreshing perspective on financial planning. I like how he explains the 'What' & 'Whys' (this is important) instead of going straight to set financial goals and sell the products.
I also liked and enjoyed my sessions with Benji because there is no hard-selling, and that made me really comfortable in all the meetings.
To you who is looking for just a listening ear, you should hear Benji out :D And good luck with your financial journey with Benji! ;)

Patient financial planning
Hi Everyone Out There,
Ben approached me on several occasions and went through with me about my current coverage and what could be improved on. After listening, I realized that I might need additional hospital coverage as I do not have any rider in place due to the plan being passed down by my parents.
Upon looking up the recommendation plan proposed, I found that it satisfy my needs better and hence decided to take it up.
Ben has been very patient and gave me time to think it through. Would definitely recommend to my friends!
