My wife & I initially engaged Ben’s service to help our youngest to be covered for a Personal Accident Plan. Despite being new in this line of work, his enthusiasm and pro-activeness propels him to look for answers whenever he faces an obstacle. One example that illustrates the point above would be during the explanation of recommendations, not only did Ben explained in detail what the Personal Accident policy entails and covers, he went above and beyond to resolve our long-term concern on an existing plan that we gotten for our two kids about 20 years ago (we just casually asked!). Honestly, we did not have any expectations that our questions will be answered as we had a few agents over the years to help investigate it; none was able to provide a satisfactory answer to our question. On the other hand, Ben was able to provide us with a clear picture of what transpired during the policy phase and how it became its present stage. He was very forthcoming of his opinions and honest with his advice. From that experience, we felt assured and allowed Ben to help with our kids Protection Planning as well as our own Retirement Planning.
