My wife & I initially engaged Ben’s service to help our youngest to be covered for a Personal Accident Plan. Despite being new in this line of work, his enthusiasm and pro-activeness propels him to look for answers whenever he faces an obstacle. One example that illustrates the point above would be during the explanation of recommendations, not only did Ben explained in detail what the Personal Accident policy entails and covers, he went above and beyond to resolve our long-term concern on an existing plan that we gotten for our two kids about 20 years ago (we just casually asked!).
