I managed to catch up with Ben recently, who was a friend I made in University. Just like he was then, he was extremely patient and helpful in understanding my current policies and needs. Based on those, he managed to table up a few recommendations to further enhance the effectiveness of my policies and what are some things I should take note of when signing up for new policies. I would strongly recommend Ben to anyone who is looking to take up new policies or looking to kickstart on their finance portfolio, mainly because he does not hard sell policies, but rather he seeks to understand what one's needs and wants are before offering his recommendations. When I first got to know that Ben had joined AIA, I wanted him to take over my existing policies that my parents had bought for me since he was someone I’ve knew and his brother was a long standing member in the insurance industry in any case that Ben decides to leave the industry, I will still have someone to look after my policies. He studied my financial situation carefully and made recommendations that were well within my capabilities with great coverage and there was no hard selling involved.
