I managed to catch up with Ben recently, who was a friend I made in University. Just like he was then, he was extremely patient and helpful in understanding my current policies and needs. Based on those, he managed to table up a few recommendations to further enhance the effectiveness of my policies and what are some things I should take note of when signing up for new policies.
