Deeban (QA Analyst)

I managed to catch up with Ben recently, who was a friend I made in University. Just like he was then, he was extremely patient and helpful in understanding my current policies and needs. Based on those, he managed to table up a few recommendations to further enhance the effectiveness of my policies and what are some things I should take note of when signing up for new policies. I would strongly recommend Ben to anyone who is looking to take up new policies or looking to kickstart on their finance portfolio, mainly because he does not hard sell policies, but rather he seeks to understand what one's needs and wants are before offering his recommendations. Way to go Ben!

Sherro (Director)

Personally, I’ve not had very pleasant experiences with financial advisors; I felt that most of them never really understood my needs nor sought to meet them. However, after my first sit-down with Ben, he managed to completely change my perspective and, in turn, made me realize why his role is so important. He was very patient and clear with his explanations and put in obvious efforts to make the process very comfortable for me. I am happy to have my policies under Ben and would recommend anyone to seek Ben out. He won’t fail you.

Jing Wen (Student)

Benjamin is a very friendly and resourceful advisor. He explained a lot on why it is important to have financial planning and what I can expect in the near future. He patiently answered my questions and ensures I can fully understand the needs and rationale behind the concepts. I really enjoyed the session to talk to him.

Shenglin (Research Associate)

Previously, I usually just researched and picked one insurance I thought was most reasonable. I don't trust people for financial planning. Ben's appearance broke this darkness and brought light. He is patient and responsible. We had about three sessions to talk about my insurance plans. I was new in Singapore, and he resolved every concern and question I had and walked me through the plans for me in great detail. Instead of rushing into any recommendations, he spent time to understand my needs and my current situation. It is easy to make a recommendation based on experience, but it is precious for an agent to research and come up with the most suitable one for the client. He is friendly and nice. He created a safe and comfortable environment for us to discuss. I liked some small chats with him, and I could sense that he also cared about my mental health by recommending the trails in Singapore as a friend. If you would like a person who helps you with financial planning, my suggestion? BEN.

Tianfu (Executive)

Bright, cheerful and resourceful is some of the traits that makes Ben easy to be around with. Despite joining this industry for a short time, his pro-activeness has motivated him to go the extra mile understanding his client's need, short term and long term objectives. The continuous effort in asking for feedbacks, following up with clients and always seeking of ways to improve himself enabled him to go straight to the point with clear explanations. Ben also does his best to make every session enjoyable for you! Give him a shot and he will make your dollar count.

Carlson (Optician)

Benjamin is incredibly knowledgeable about the insurance industry and has a keen eye for detail. He always takes time to thoroughly explain my policy coverage and answer any question that I may have. His expertise and professionalism have given me the peace of mind that I am properly insured. He truly cares about his client, and I never felt rushed or pressured when working with Benjamin. Thank you, Ben, for your outstanding service and dedication to your clients!
