I bought the AIA hospital plan from Benjamin. I've known him back during our NS days. He is a down-to-earth person whom I feel comfortable entrusting the insurance planning to. Ben takes the time to patiently explain the policy coverage and does not hard-sell products that are not required based on my needs and abilities at the moment. Recommend.

Shenglin (Research Associate)

Previously, I usually just researched and picked one insurance I thought was most reasonable. I don't trust people for financial planning. Ben's appearance broke this darkness and brought light. He is patient and responsible. We had about three sessions to talk about my insurance plans. I was new in Singapore, and he resolved every concern and question I had and walked me through the plans for me in great detail. Instead of rushing into any recommendations, he spent time to understand my needs and my current situation. It is easy to make a recommendation based on experience, but it is precious for an agent to research and come up with the most suitable one for the client. He is friendly and nice. He created a safe and comfortable environment for us to discuss. I liked some small chats with him, and I could sense that he also cared about my mental health by recommending the trails in Singapore as a friend. If you would like a person who helps you with financial planning, my suggestion? BEN.

Irene (Executive)

Ben is very helpful with my queries and responds to them promptly! He is eager to help & clear any confusions that I have. I also liked that he checks in regularly with me to ensure my financial needs are met or they have been updated; which are good qualities of someone to work with! Updates: I pro-actively approached Ben to be my financial advisor.

When I first got to know that Ben had joined AIA, I wanted him to take over my existing policies that my parents had bought for me since he was someone I’ve knew and his brother was a long standing member in the insurance industry in any case that Ben decides to leave the industry, I will still have someone to look after my policies. As soon as Ben took over my policies, I was impressed with his professionalism and the depth of knowledge that he had over his products. He studied my financial situation carefully and made recommendations that were well within my capabilities with great coverage and there was no hard selling involved. In addition, his proactiveness to check in monthly created the personal touch that he has for his customers which is commendable as well. I feel comfortable and assured to have Ben as my agent as I do not have to worry about over-purchasing any policies and he is open to discussions whenever I have concerns. Great job Ben!
