I don't trust people for financial planning.
Ben's appearance broke this darkness and brought light. He is patient and responsible. We had about three sessions to talk about my insurance plans. I was new in Singapore, and he resolved every concern and question I had and walked me through the plans for me in great detail.
Instead of rushing into any recommendations, he spent time to understand my needs and my current situation. It is easy to make a recommendation based on experience, but it is precious for an agent to research and come up with the most suitable one for the client.
He is friendly and nice. He created a safe and comfortable environment for us to discuss. I liked some small chats with him, and I could sense that he also cared about my mental health by recommending the trails in Singapore as a friend.
If you would like a person who helps you with financial planning, my suggestion? BEN. | | | Geraldine (Administrative Executive) We were referred to Ben when my policies lapsed. He was really honest and detailed when explaining my current policies and the gaps in my portfolio. Ben also shared what would be be a better fit according to my current financial situation.
He is extremely patient, sincere and answers our queries efficiently and professionally with empathy. | | | Jin Xing (Executive) Ben has been servicing my hospital plan for more than a year so far and has been very patient in explaining to me the queries I had regarding the various plans that I am considering getting.
It has been a pleasant 1 year engaging Ben to help me with my financial/insurance planning and would definitely recommend him to others who are also looking for suitable financial/insurance products. | | | Deeban (QA Analyst) I managed to catch up with Ben recently, who was a friend I made in University. Just like he was then, he was extremely patient and helpful in understanding my current policies and needs.
Based on those, he managed to table up a few recommendations to further enhance the effectiveness of my policies and what are some things I should take note of when signing up for new policies.
I would strongly recommend Ben to anyone who is looking to take up new policies or looking to kickstart on their finance portfolio, mainly because he does not hard sell policies, but rather he seeks to understand what one's needs and wants are before offering his recommendations. Way to go Ben! | | | Huiting (Manager) Benjamin and Liliani are very friendly and knowledgeable in their field of work. They recommended the insurance policy that best suited my needs in my current stage of life.
From Liliani's sharing of Insurance, I better understood the importance of protecting my wealth and well-being from the potential risks that could happen to me.
From the sessions with them, I am assured now to be free to do the things I want, and have a peace of mind without having to worry about any unexpected bad events happening to me and my family financially. | | | Tharinda (Engineer) I recently got a new insurance policy with Ben and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, Ben was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as he walked me through my options and helped me find the coverage that was right for me.
Not only was getting insurance policies seamless and stress-free, but Ben was also there to help me every step of the way, answering my questions and addressing any concerns I had.
He truly cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that they are fully protected. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone in need of insurance. | | | | |
