Cheng Hock (Procurement Engineer)

Benjamin is a humble and sincere agent; Well-informed in his trade & giving sound advise without being pushy. That is a big plus point in dealing with an insurance agent. Aside from that, Benjamin is always ready to lend a listening ear and is a patient guy. Will strongly recommend him to other friends and associates. Keep up the good work!

Abel (Editor)

Despite having previously worked in the financial industry, as well as its advisory arm, I can confidently say that Ben is one of the best advisors I've ever had the honor of coming across. His aptitude is nothing short of excellent, but the area in which he really shines is his unique genuinity that is (though commonly sought to be replicated) often difficult to find. Ben has gone out of his way to advise and service me on numerous fronts, from suggesting and providing comprehensive coverage packages to helping research and even referring relevant professionals with regards to other financial matters that may fall outside your traditional advisor's purview. It seems to matter not what exactly you're looking for in an advisor; I'm pretty sure Ben has it all.

Yukey Teng (Assistant Manager)

Benjamin is patient, helpful, detail-oriented and considerate all the time. Before I met him, I was afraid & really scared of those hard selling and misleading sales person. However, meeting Ben changed that perception because he will place understanding your needs and wants first, before proposing any solutions. Financial planning and advised given was useful. Ben updates me regularly on my policy as well as follow-ups when required. Last but not least, he is a very responsible person who treats his client seriously, considers their situation and is caring. No joke, he will nag at you when you make nonsense decisions (Hahahahah…)

Michelle (Assistant Professor)

It’s easy to engage the services of an Insurance Agent, but in my experience, a responsible agent is hard to come by. Benjamin is a god-sent after my previous agent went MIA. He is meticulous and paid close attention to my financial needs. There is no hard selling and I particularly appreciate the clear way in which he communicates policy details. Every discussion we’ve had was stress free. Every conversation feels like an informative conversation with an old friend. If you’re looking for financial planning advice, look no further.

Adli (Consultant)

I’ve known Ben for 10 years, and all this time I’ve always been impressed with his ability to make something complex really easy to understand. His explanations of the various policies allow me to clearly understand what I have and what I am lacking in my coverage. His analysis is detailed and succinct, and his recommendations are always suited to my current and future financial situation. I thoroughly enjoy every session with him as not only does he not hard-sell, he carries himself professionally and with a pleasant smile throughout :) I would highly recommend him to everyone. Keep up the great work Ben!

Shenglin (Research Associate)

Previously, I usually just researched and picked one insurance I thought was most reasonable. I don't trust people for financial planning. Ben's appearance broke this darkness and brought light. He is patient and responsible. We had about three sessions to talk about my insurance plans. I was new in Singapore, and he resolved every concern and question I had and walked me through the plans for me in great detail. Instead of rushing into any recommendations, he spent time to understand my needs and my current situation. It is easy to make a recommendation based on experience, but it is precious for an agent to research and come up with the most suitable one for the client. He is friendly and nice. He created a safe and comfortable environment for us to discuss. I liked some small chats with him, and I could sense that he also cared about my mental health by recommending the trails in Singapore as a friend. If you would like a person who helps you with financial planning, my suggestion? BEN.
