Shenglin (Research Associate)

Previously, I usually just researched and picked one insurance I thought was most reasonable. I don't trust people for financial planning. Ben's appearance broke this darkness and brought light. He is patient and responsible. We had about three sessions to talk about my insurance plans. I was new in Singapore, and he resolved every concern and question I had and walked me through the plans for me in great detail. Instead of rushing into any recommendations, he spent time to understand my needs and my current situation. It is easy to make a recommendation based on experience, but it is precious for an agent to research and come up with the most suitable one for the client. He is friendly and nice. He created a safe and comfortable environment for us to discuss. I liked some small chats with him, and I could sense that he also cared about my mental health by recommending the trails in Singapore as a friend. If you would like a person who helps you with financial planning, my suggestion? BEN.

Jovin (Sales Engineer)

I initially got to know Benjamin through a mutual friend. I found him very nice and approachable through our interactions. Fast forward a few months, I reached out to Ben to share more with me on AIA hospitalisation policy as I was planning to get a hospital plan in Singapore and was looking at the various provider. After comparison with another agent, I have decided to engage Ben’s service as his sharing was very clear and ensured I know what coverage I am getting. Ben went the extra mile to help explain my Malaysia's policies that I bought without knowing what I gotten then. His clear explanation as well as patience in ensuring I understood the policies provided me with the confidence and assurance I needed. I definitely recommend you to meet Ben and give him an opportunity to hear him out. It might be more beneficial than you think! Thanks for the best support Ben, to many more good conversations ahead!

Irene (Executive)

Ben is very helpful with my queries and responds to them promptly! He is eager to help & clear any confusions that I have. I also liked that he checks in regularly with me to ensure my financial needs are met or they have been updated; which are good qualities of someone to work with! Updates: I pro-actively approached Ben to be my financial advisor.

Tianfu (Executive)

Bright, cheerful and resourceful is some of the traits that makes Ben easy to be around with. Despite joining this industry for a short time, his pro-activeness has motivated him to go the extra mile understanding his client's need, short term and long term objectives. The continuous effort in asking for feedbacks, following up with clients and always seeking of ways to improve himself enabled him to go straight to the point with clear explanations. Ben also does his best to make every session enjoyable for you! Give him a shot and he will make your dollar count.

Wan Yi (Engineer) & Mei Yi (Engineer)

Ben has been a good friend as well as a financial consultant for us. Back in University, we worked together for school projects and his good personality helped us build strong teamwork. Since then, I have good trust and friendship with him. When it came to financial advice & personal protection coverage, he has been very patient and professional in addressing our questions as well as advising the most suitable product. Ben is definitely the go-to person if you need any financial planning!

Adli (Consultant)

I’ve known Ben for 10 years, and all this time I’ve always been impressed with his ability to make something complex really easy to understand. His explanations of the various policies allow me to clearly understand what I have and what I am lacking in my coverage. His analysis is detailed and succinct, and his recommendations are always suited to my current and future financial situation. I thoroughly enjoy every session with him as not only does he not hard-sell, he carries himself professionally and with a pleasant smile throughout :) I would highly recommend him to everyone. Keep up the great work Ben!
